Dr. Daniel Elicetche

Auditor and consultant with recognized national and international experience, he has been practicing the profession in our country for 36 years. He has directed the professional practice of one of the main accounting firms (Big Four) in the country for more than 30 years, gaining experience and leading international consulting projects.
His ability and leadership have placed him as a reference for the profession in Paraguay. Professor of several subjects related to the profession at prestigious national universities.
He has been recognized with the title of “Contador Benemérito Nacional” by the Council of Public Accountants of Paraguay, for his tireless work for the hierarchy of the country\'s accounting profession and his qualified work constitutes a legacy for Paraguayan public accounting.

With more than 30 years of experience leading auditing and consulting projects in international firms, he has accumulated experience in the review of internal control systems, auditing of financial statements and mainly organization and methods projects, which includes the evaluation of the organization, preparation of function and procedure manuals, as well as administrative reengineering projects.
As a partner at the firm Daniel Elicetche & Asociados, he leads outsourcing projects for the internal audit service, organization and methods.
He was a full professor at the Catholic University in the Audit, Internal Control and Accounting chairs for 14 years and a full professor in several master\'s degrees in the area of auditing and internal control at the Autonomous University of Asunción, Columbia del Paraguay and the National University of Asunción.

With more than 30 years of experience leading the tax and accounting outsourcing departments in large international auditing and consulting firms based in Paraguay, accumulating experience in tax consulting, tax planning and accounting outsourcing.
As a partner of the firm Daniel Elicetche & Asociados, she leads outsourcing projects for accounting and administrative management services for commercial and industrial companies and advice on tax matters.
She was a professor of the “Tax Legislation” chair at the American University for four years.

University graduate in Accounting, Specialist in Taxes and Procedures, with more than 20 years of experience in accounting and tax advisory work. Led outsourcing teams for accounting, administrative and payroll services (Payroll).
Supported external audit tasks in the tax area. He participated in different projects such as: foundations, financial companies, transportation companies, construction companies, real estate developers, importers, exporters, shipping companies, pharmaceutical companies, multinationals, NGOs, meat processing plants, among others.
He held the position of Manager of the Accounting and Administrative Outsourcing and Taxes area since 2010, leading and forming work teams in outsourcing projects of accounting and administrative processes, auditing and tax advice, implementation of accounting systems for clients of the Firm.
He is currently in the process of preparing the Thesis to obtain the Master\'s degree in Taxes.

Auditor and Consultant with 20 years of experience. National Public Accountant and Graduate in Business Administration graduated from Universidad Católica Nuestra Señora de la Asunción. He has Postgraduate studies in International Financial Reporting Standards and Prevention of Money or Asset Laundering.
Since 2010, he has held the position of External Audit Manager, standing out for leading audit and consulting projects for various clients of the firm.
Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles, actively participating in and guiding teams of auditors on a variety of projects. His experience extends to sectors as diverse as financial entities, construction companies, telephone companies, pharmaceutical companies, hotel companies, multinationals from various sectors, NGOs, meat processing plants and public entities, among others.
